Mineola High School is a special school that offers students opportunities to challenge themselves both inside and outside the classroom.  This school offers a variety of Advanced Placement courses including the recent addition of AP Environmental Science, electives in Business including Computer Graphics and Web Page Design, and other electives including Design and Drawing, Constitutional Law, Journalism and Dance.  It has a full complement of Varsity and Junior Varsity sports, and an award winning Marching Band, Rockettes and Winter Guard.  This school has a Library Media Center with 22 computers, a fitness center for our student athletes and a TV studio where the students broadcast the morning "Sunrise Report."
